Fondsfinans Kreditt is an actively managed high-yield fund with moderate risk. The fund’s objective is to generate significant excess returns above bank interest rates by investing in a broad portfolio of high-yield bonds, primarily issued by Nordic companies. The value-weighted credit rating should, in the manager’s assessment, be equal to or better than BB-. No single investment should normally have a rating lower than B- at the time of investment. The fund’s value-weighted credit duration must not exceed 4 years. The fund’s interest rate sensitivity (modified duration) should be in the range of 0 to 2. The fund will primarily be invested in the Nordic region. Investments in foreign currencies are hedged to NOK. For more information, see the fund’s prospectus.

Erlend Lødemel (Has managed the fund since: 01-09-2016)

Lødemel received his education from the University of Denver, where he first completed a Bachelor's degree and subsequently a two-year MBA programme, both with a specialisation in finance. He has experience from the financial markets since 1997. Lødemel joined Fondsfinans Kapitalforvaltning in 2016, after having worked as Chief Economist at Arctic Securities for seven years. Prior to that, he spent seven years at DNB, first as Senior Economist and Fixed Income Analyst, then as the bank's Equity Strategist. He also has five years of experience as a portfolio manager at DnB Investor.
Peter Rohn

Peter Rohn (Has managed the fund since: 31-01-2023)

Peter holds a Master of Science (MSc) from the Stockholm School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree in Economics from St. Olaf College in Minnesota. He comes from DNB Markets, where he worked with the structuring and arrangement of high-yield bonds. Prior to that, he spent three years at SEB, where he worked with, among other things, equity research and their investment banking division. Rohn joined Fondsfinans Kapitalforvaltning in 2023.
